Quinta do Fojo Red 2017
50,60 €
Quinta do Fojo, located on the picturesque left bank of the Pinhão Valley, is the birthplace of the exceptional Quinta do Fojo Red 2017. This wine is produced exclusively from the property's vineyards, which extend over 4 hectares planted in 1986, with a mix of grape varieties where Tinta Roriz predominates.
The Mediterranean climate, combined with the schist soil and the altitude between 250m and 370m, provides the ideal conditions for the production of superior quality wine. Vinification is carried out in fermentation vats, followed by a 19-month aging period in large French oak vats, giving Quinta do Fojo Red 2017 a unique complexity and elegance.
When enjoying this wine, you will be immediately captivated by its nuanced brownish red color. The clean, enveloping and intense aroma reveals a remarkable complexity, with subtle notes of tobacco and charcoal that harmonize perfectly with the acidity present. Although it is not a particularly fleshy wine, Quinta do Fojo Red 2017 has a well-defined tannin structure, which gives it a unique and memorable character.
Enjoy this exceptional wine and let yourself be enveloped by its elegance and complexity. Quinta do Fojo Red 2017 is the perfect choice for wine lovers looking for a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.

Casa da Passarella A Descoberta Red
5,05 €
From the balance of more mature vineyards with more fresh vineyards, is born Casa da Passarella A Descoberta WIne Red. Coming from the Dão region, this wine is based on the traditional varieties Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Touriga Nacional. The winemaking takes place in a winery, where we intend to express the added value of our terroir. In this sense, one of the measures we take are the fermentations that occur with the selected yeast in our vineyards, a tradition of the house that dates back several decades. The stage is made in traditional cement tanks, and a small percentage in used barrels. Contains Sulfites.

Soalheiro Mineral Magnum Rose
28,33 €
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. In this way, a wine emerges at the same time aromatic and fresh, with a mineral end of mouth, and at the same time very greedy. Contains Sulfites.
