Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in barrels, we carry out a light fining and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Intense ruby color. Very appealing aroma, intense, fine and fragrant. Ripe red and black fruits stand out as well as floral notes supported by spicy nuances. Very soft attack, polished and elegant tannins. Dense, robust. Fruity explosion in the mouth. Long and compact finish. Contains sulfites.
