Granitic soils, altitude, sustainable farming practices and zero herbicides are just the beginning of this unique rosé wine. In Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub-region) a 28-year-old vine of 100% hand-harvested Tinta Roriz grows. The commitment since 2020 to an option for organic farming in all our vineyards. The tear must ferments with indigenous yeasts in used 225 L French oak barrels. The wine ages for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage and another 8 months in stainless steel. Naturally stabilized, it may show turbidity or deposit. A rosé wine with a more concentrated color, onion skin with hints of copper. Delicate aromas of red fruits and fermentation, like brioche. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, with touches of spices, especially black pepper. It has a dense yet elegant texture, quite salivating at the end as it calls for food. Extremely gastronomic. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Exuberant aroma with citrus and tropical notes in evidence. Notes of grapefruit and white stone fruits. Fresh flavor with a vibrant, intense and full-bodied acidity. Reveals aromas of ripe grapefruit, some tropical fruit and peach. After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the destemmed grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vat. It was aged for another 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release. Wine of intense color and red tone. Typical aromatic profile, with floral delicacy that goes beyond violet and blends with sweet hints of forest fruits. Light spice from the aging barrel. In the mouth, we have dimension and structure in harmony with polished and educated tannins, which remind us of a harmonious and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately, the grapes are fermented by grape varieties and batches, so that from a very early age a rigorous selection can be made that will later give rise to the “blend”, very traditional from the old world, reveals the art of selecting grapes by parcels and the art of selecting wines for blending. Fermentation takes place in small capacity stainless steel vats, with temperatures around 28 ºC. Smooth and controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and aromatic wines. Part of the lot is aged for a period of 12 months in predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American wood. Intense aroma of great complexity, aromas of forest fruits and cistus from Touriga Franca, spices and red fruits from Tinta Roriz and very fresh and elegant violet floral notes from Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is sweet and enveloping, with very smooth noble tannins, long and warm finish. Contains Sulfites.
