This wine originates from schist-clay soils, where each grape is handpicked to ensure its superior quality. The manual harvest is followed by a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration, a crucial step that enhances the grape's natural aromas.
Fermentation takes place in 400L French oak barrels, a process lasting between 10 to 15 days, followed by a 16-month aging period in the same vessel. This meticulous method contributes to the wine's robust and enveloping profile. The intense yellow color with golden reflections heralds the richness found in the glass.

After the necessary early interventions during the growing season, the grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was partially aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in bottles for 2 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally deposit.
