Each plot was harvested manually and vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and reassembly. After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels where they remained for 16 months. Of the barrels used, 50% were new and the remainder were 2nd or 3rd year. Typical aroma of ripe Touriga Nacional, bergamot, wild fruits, with floral (violet) and spice nuances. Elegant flavor, with lots of fruit and surrounding tannins. Long and very fresh aftertaste. Conde Vimioso The Winemaker’s Blend Red
42,49 €
Discover Conde Vimioso The Winemaker's Blend Red, a rare jewel of winemaking, born from the harmonious union between Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira. These grape varieties, carefully selected from Vinha do Convento, represent the heart and soul of this exceptional wine. A limited edition that enchants from the first glance, promising moments of pure pleasure, whether for immediate tasting or to enrich your cellar in the long term.
Grown in pebble soils, the grapes are meticulously harvested by hand from the chosen plots. After harvesting, they are cooled to 5ºC, de-stemmed and gently crushed. A careful pre-fermentation maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature, culminating in a prolonged post-fermentation maceration. Each variety is vinified and matured separately, ensuring the purity and complexity of this blend.
With a deep ruby color, Conde Vimioso The Winemaker's Blend Red exudes an intense aroma, intertwining black and red fruits with notes of wildflowers and a spicy touch. On the palate, it is concentrated, with complex and velvety tannins, balanced by a finely integrated acidity. This wine, with great aging potential, ends with an elegance and persistence that define its character. A true expression of oenological art.
Buçaco Colheita Rose

At the beginning of the 19th century, a fascinating story emerged in the world of Portuguese Wine: the launch of an icon, a desired wine, but always discreetly kept away from the spotlight.
Alexandre de Almeida innovated by combining luxury hospitality with a wine cellar and his own wine, creating the rare and historic Buçaco wines, produced at Palácio do Bussaco, in the mountains north of Coimbra.
These wines, preserving traditions without adopting modernism, reveal a notable aging potential and can last in the bottle for decades.
