The grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control and reassembly, with a capacity of 3000 kg. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks passed to new French Allier oak barrels, where it remained for 20 months. Quinta do Vallado Adelaide Magnum has a very concentrated aroma. With balsamic notes of oak, fig, black plums and tobacco. In the mouth is full-bodied, firm, ripe with satin tannins. Mineral notes and a complex and persistent finish very elegant. Contains Sulfites.

In the mouth, the wine is more elegant than the previous harvest, with a very balanced, firm and persistent acidity. White flowers and some nuts provide a slightly salty, very long and enveloping finish. Will evolve well in basement. Contains Sulfites.
