Alcoholic fermentation: Fermentation in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the freshness and character of the vine that gave rise to it, located 580 meters above sea level at Quinta do Confradeiro. A beautiful white to pair with fish, seafood and sushi. Excellent acidity and freshness in the mouth, with citrus notes, you can choose to age it, but it will lose all freshness. Contains Sulfites.

The harvest took place in perfect atmospheric conditions. The properly selected and destemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press, fermented at low temperatures over 4 weeks and aged on the fine lees for 6 months. Very vibrant citrus aroma, peach and floral notes. In the mouth it is an elegant white, very fresh with a slight greasiness, all in excellent harmony. Contains sulfites.
