Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Manual Harvest. Total destemming. Skin maceration for 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures around 21ºC. After fermentation, the wine aged in a cement tank, reminiscent of the old days of Carlos Lucas's enology. Times when cement was traditionally used. Medium concentration ruby color. Aroma of wild berries and some spices. A very fresh and young wine. It still maintains a freshness and a young aromatic component. In the mouth rustic and with an excellent acidity. Manual vinification in 15 kg boxes. After a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature, the grapes are pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C, for two to three weeks. Citrine color. Intense, citrus and floral aroma, with mineral and tropical fruit notes. Elegant and engaging, it finishes with mineral notes in a long finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were crushed gently with total destemming, which was followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel mill, with moderate mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After light filtration, bottling took place and a final stage in a 30-month cellar in the bottle. Deep garnet color, good aromatic intensity to very ripe black fruits, cocoa and toasted nuts. A soft flavor with silky tannins of raisin fruit and wild berry, full-bodied but with a long-lasting freshness. Contains sulfites.
