Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aging in new French oak casks for 14 months. A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as a freshness given by wild aromas. On the palate it shows good acidity, with well present but ripe tannins, polished and well harmonized with the toast provided by the wooden stage. Ends long and with a slight and bitter seductive. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the complex aroma of Jaen, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The harvest is done by hand, grape variety by variety, when the ideal ripening point is reached, normally between the second half of September and the first half of October. The harvest is collected in small 10 kg boxes. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve all their aromatic elegance, in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, for 20 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Santana is a wine made from four grape varieties from the Dão region, with notes of jelly and cocoa. Ripe, creamy and elegant dark fruits Sweet and attractive finish. .
