60% of the batch fermented for 6 months in new French oak barrels with beech tops. The rest of the batch fermented in stainless steel vats for 14 days. Sauvignon Blanc 2019. Because the years are not all the same and each variety reacts differently, each character in this range of itinerant Saltimbancos will appear whenever justified and with new exhibitions. Contains sulfites.
