It is the first harvest of a white reserve Quinta dos Roques. And for the first release, the thing did not go wrong, a wine that presses, for the harmony, grace, balance and parsimony of aromas and flavors. A wine that is deeply coherent and in accordance with what we already know of this producer. No crushing or power. Contains Sulfites.
José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc White

With this caste the wine cellar José Pariente provides an interesting nuance of persistence and minerality in the way of understanding the white wine of Rueda. The Sauvignon Blanc, made in an area of continental climate and poor soil, translates into a round aromatic white perfect for most exotic fruit fans. A highly recommended wine to accompany molluscs. Casa da Passarella Enxertia Alfrocheiro Red
11,45 €
From Dão, Casa da Passarella Enxertia Alfrocheiro arises from the heterogeneity of our encepting. Every year they are different in the soil-climatic conditions. From this differentiation we decided to create a wine based on the best behavior of the grape variety in the wine year. Based on this philosophy, we feel free to choose the best reflected caste each year. We inaugurated this reference with the Alfrocheiro of the year 2011. The fermentation took place in a vat of spontaneous fermentation. Stage of 12 months in barrel and 18 months in bottle. The whole process of stabilization resulted from minimalist and natural processes. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Pellada Casa Red
53,10 €
Quinta da Pellada Casa has aged in French barrels of eight years for about 28 months. This wine is another of the lessons of the winery in the terroir of this issue: this portion of Pellada is the "most exposed" of the three and has a more compact soil with some clay besides granite, the intense presence of pink / white quartz and the one that has more hours of sunshine per day. Intense grená color, consisting of bergamot in tea, violet in orange peel and fruits with cocoa and vanilla. Very expressive, elegant and generous tannins. Contains Sulfites.
Luis Pato Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco Red
141,36 €
Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In 1988, with the aim of showing the great potential and characteristic essence of the Baga variety, the winemaker planted non-grafted vines in sandy soil - the most resistant to the development of the Phylloxera disease, in order to obtain a natural concentration of the grapes, leaving only a bunch per vine, in a personal tribute to the Baga variety. Awarded and internationally renowned, Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé is a wine that has an excellent aging capacity that exceeds twenty years: a powerful, complex and well-sculpted wine showing aromas of floral, licorice and mineral touches.
