Arinto dos Açores Solera White
40,95 €
Explore Arinto dos Açores Solera White, a wine that captures the essence of a unique terroir, located in the middle of the Atlantic, on the slopes of the Pico volcano. The vineyards, embraced by the sea breeze and protected by walls against saline winds, are cultivated in volcanic soils with histories of up to 2000 years, guaranteeing proximity to the sea that gives the wine an incomparable uniqueness.
The vinification of this example begins with a selective manual harvest, followed by full pressing of the bunches and spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of SO2, in horizontal vats. The wine matures in a Solera system for 4 years, enriching its character.
Presenting a luminous straw yellow color, it reveals intense, tertiary and mineral aromas, with notes of iodine, honeycomb and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is tense, textured and complex, standing out for its minerality and striking acidity.
Perfect to accompany seafood dishes, sausage, fish broth or stew, Arinto dos Açores Solera White is an exceptional choice for those looking for an intense, fresh wine full of complexity.
Dom Rafael Red

Born in the old vineyards of the Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet grapes, the grapes for this wine are harvested and hand-selected, foot-stepped, fermenting in the open wineries of the winery, precisely the same methods used for over a hundred years in Herdade do Mouchão and that make Dom Rafael one of the most famous reds of the region. The Dom Rafael red stalks in casks of Portuguese chestnut and oak and in French oak barrels for 12 months, after which it staged for at least another 6 months in the bottle. Over the years this is a wine that is increasingly smooth, complex and balanced. Typically Alentejan and at the same time contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany very diversified gastronomic proposals. Contains Sulfites.

Crasto Superior Red
16,72 €
The grapes, from our Quinta da Cabreira, in the Douro Superior, were transported in food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. It aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for about 12 months. With a deep violet color, fresh aromas of wild Douro fruits stand out on the nose, very well integrated with soft notes of spice. Starts the mouth tasting in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine of great volume and compact structure, composed of tannins with dense texture. It ends with great elegance, freshness and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Niepoort Turris Red
117,47 €
The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel, with 25% of stalks and the period of contact between the solid and liquid part, lasted for 5 weeks, in a delicate process, with a very light maceration with little extraction. Turris aged for 20 months in two 1,000-liter kites, over 60 years old. The wine was bottled without glue or filtration. The young and intense color, slightly open, leads to a deep, markedly mineral and crystalline aroma. Impresses by purity and finesse, with red, fresh fruit, and a spring floral. In the mouth it is fresh, silky but with great tension. The combined elegance of minerality and tannic structure shows a unique complexity. This wine particularly prizes for the long finish, a wine that is "chewed" without being heavy and that allows us to taste the old. Contains Sulfites.
