Quinta da Romaneira Syrah Apontador Red

55% of the batch aged in new French oak barrels and the remaining 45% in second year barrels. The wine was vinified in conical stem vats equipped with temperature control at a temperature of 26-27 ºC and using the post-fermentation reassembly and maceration technique. It presents a violet color “quite alive. In the nose it is powerful and delicate, and in the mouth it reveals wild fruits and spices surrounded by a very well integrated wood. A wine of great quality that can be drunk now but with good aging potential. Contains Sulfites.

Vinha dos Aards White
Discover Vinha dos Aards White, a unique wine born from the volcanic soils of Criação Velha, with around 1500-2000 years of history. This 96-year-old organic vineyard is located just 60 meters from the sea, in cracks in the volcanic rock, protected by walls from the saline winds of the Atlantic.
The vinification of this wine follows artisanal methods: manual harvesting, rigorous selection, direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation, aging for 18 months on lees without batonnage, combining stainless steel and French oak perfectly.

Costa Boal Superior Red
Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de São José Reserva Magnum Red
Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in new and used 400 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep in color, very complex and distinctive aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates with spicy notes, fresh from mint from very discreet wood and well integrated into the wine. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity with high level tannins that give it a long finish. This balanced combination of power and elegance certainly contributes to its aging potential, so the wine will benefit from a few years in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.
