The grapes harvested and transported in 22 kg boxes are subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar, before being destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they fermented at a controlled temperature for a period of 7 days. 85% aging in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature; 15% in 225L French oak barrels for 6 months. Dark ruby color, with excellent aromatic intensity where floral notes of violet stand out and expressive aromas of wild fruits. In the mouth it starts in a captivating way, evolving into a balanced wine of excellent volume and structure, where we find smooth texture tannins, well integrated with excellent retro nasal sensations of wild fruits.
