Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature following a long post-fermentation. It staged in stainless steel vats. Color very concentrated with some auctioned notes but with the evident focus in the presence of Touriga Nacional that definitely marks the aroma, with class and elegance. Good chemical and plant cues. Very good in the mouth, very elegant, well proportioned. Contains Sulfites.

Terra Chama Reserve Red
Vineyards aged 23 years. Manual harvest into 20kg boxes. Grape selection on the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming and pre-fermentation pellicular maceration in stainless steel vats at low temperature for a period of 48 hours. Fermentation at a temperature of 25ºC for a period of 10 days. Stage in stainless steel vats for a period of 14 months, followed by a stage in the bottle for 15 months. Ruby color. Aroma of red fruits and ripe plum, showing subtle notes of wild flowers. In the mouth it is round and with ripe tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Soito Magnum Red
This wine expresses the personality of the terroir od Dão wines being elaborated from the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. Demonstrates a red with bricky nuances. It has a delicate aroma with the expression of notes of very ripe red fruits, cassis and blackberry, married with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla. It reveals a well structured body with firm tannins, good mouth volume, high refinement and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Mob Vinha Senna Red
It comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in mills and stainless steel tanks with little extraction and low temperatures. It staged for 12 months in oak barrels with 30% new and the rest used. It is a wine of beautiful violet color without being opaque; has an intense and complex aroma, full of character and delicacy. In the mouth, it has a strong presence, but is very fresh and smooth. A seductive darn velvety texture and great depth that will grow immense in the bottle in the coming years. Contains Sulfites.
