Quinta do Sobral Rose
The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The tear must was cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24h. The clean must started fermentation in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. 75% Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to enhance the aromas of the grape varieties, and 25% in 500lt French oak barrels. This rose on the nose presents aromas of red fruits in the mouth it is wide and voluminous with a medium finish.
Cabriz Biológico Red
Organic wine elaborated with the Touriga Nacional and Aragonês varieties. Garnet color with slight violet tones. Fruity aroma, predominant in fresh red fruits. Total desengace, soft skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 2 months of maceration after fermentation and 6 months of batonnage in fine lees. Stage 18 months in stainless and 3 months in bottle. It is ideal to accompany delicate cheeses based on fish, white and red meats of moderate confection of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine. Contains Sulfites.
QUINTA DAS MAIAS Red
MAIAS wine comes from the Quinta das Maias property, in organic farming, which is located at about 600 meters of altitude in the foothills of Serra da Estrela. The name derives from the yellow broom that covers the slopes of the mountain and here they are called «Mayas» because they bloom in the month of May.
The wines are characterized by the freshness of grapes from vines planted at altitude and by sandy granite-based soils.
This wine has as main grape varieties Jaen and Touriga Nacional, two of the best grape varieties in the Iberian Peninsula. The combination of these two grape varieties presents aromas of blackberries and sloes in perfect balance with the fresh and subtle texture.
Quinta das Camélias Reserva Red
Deep red color wine with purple reflections and shiny appearance. The aroma is very delicate with good presence of notes of black plum, bergamot and violet, combined with shades of fine vanilla, cocoa and spices. In the mouth it is full and round, with good presence of silky tannins of the grapes and the oak that give it personality and distinction. Ideal to accompany red and baked meat dishes. Contains Sulfites.
