With grapes from the Douro Superior, very close to the limit of the demarcated region, namely Vinhas Velhas based on Rabigato, the strength of freshness was combined in a very young wine with great aging capacity. Highlight for the altitude of these vineyards, close to 650m, and the granitic soil, which originate wines with excellent storage capacity. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent a short maceration and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel on fine lees. Aging in bottle for 2 months. This wine presents a white fruit on the nose with great intensity, fresh notes and very aromatic. A well-balanced wine in the mouth with a very long, persistent body and endless freshness. Contains sulfites.

Adega de Penalva Maceração Pelicular White
It is a tanned white made with Malvasia-Fina grapes and a brief aging in barrels. In the past, they called it liquid gold and it was served at the table of many Beira manors.
Crushing with total stemming, fermentation was spontaneous with skin maceration for 15 days in stainless steel vats and aging for 6 months in used French oak barrels. The blend was made with the varieties 40% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia-Fina and 30% Cerceal-Branco.
Straw yellow color, delicate aroma, creating anticipation for the mouth tasting. Intense flavor, fresh, elegance, with enormous complexity.
To drink now, but with enormous aging potential, which will allow it to acquire great complexity. Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany grilled crustaceans, delicate fish or white meats.
Quinta do Gradil Colheita 1492 Red
Fermentation in conical stainless steel vats. Stage of 30% of the batch for 9 months in French and American oak barrels, new and used. It has a lot of color and evident youth in the aroma, notes of smoke, blackberries, berries of the field. Touriga involves Tannat tannins, the wine is plump, smooth but fresh, with a spicy finish. Contains sulfites.
Porca de Murça Reserva Red
The Porca de Murça Reserva is passed through a fermentation in stainless steel vats before a stage of twelve months in French oak barrels, a process that allows to reach a harmonious and balanced structure. Note the notes of red fruits harmoniously integrated with notes of vanilla. A round wine in the mouth that becomes an ideal partner for red meats, game and pasta. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Piloto Kamikaze Amarelo White
Wine obtained from the formation of a white veil, also called a flower. The flower is simply the development of aerobic yeasts that are formed in the barely attested barrel, and that consumes sugars and alcohol producing acetaldehyde, resulting in very dry wines, ideal to be served as an aperitif. Contains sulfites.
Conceito Único White
Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine.
