Made from vines of ramada planted in Melgaço. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. It was bottled before the end of fermentation, without the addition of sulfur and without filtering, having just fermented in the bottle.

Discover Vinha dos Aards White, a unique wine born from the volcanic soils of Criação Velha, with around 1500-2000 years of history. This 96-year-old organic vineyard is located just 60 meters from the sea, in cracks in the volcanic rock, protected by walls from the saline winds of the Atlantic.

In 2011 everything was different, and the Baga variety produced the best wine of the harvest, when the first edition of A Surpresa wine was launched. In 2019, Baga once again showed all its attributes, justifying a reissue of this wine, which is only released in special years.
