Passadouro DOC White

The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed in a pneumatic press after the wine decant for 24 hours. 90% was fermented with temperature control and 10% in French barrels. Passadouro DOC Branco is a very elegant and fresh wine. Great expression of well-fruity fruity notes with white flowers. In the mouth we find a crunchy wine with good acidity and balanced body. Rich and long finale. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes, on granite soils and under a certified integrated protection regime, are picked between 3 and 4 am, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, decantation after 12 hours and fermentation, indigenous part in 50% in old barrels, and controlled 50% in stainless steel. 12 months aging on primary lees without battonage. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aging in new French oak casks for 14 months. A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as a freshness given by wild aromas. On the palate it shows good acidity, with well present but ripe tannins, polished and well harmonized with the toast provided by the wooden stage. Ends long and with a slight and bitter seductive. Contains Sulfites.

Separate harvest of each variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, concrete vats and small marble presses, with controlled temperatures, pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. 12 months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels After bottling, at least another 8 months of aging in bottle followed. Intense ruby color, notes of blackberries, nutmeg, licorice and a hint of black pepper. In the mouth it is rich and complex, where notes of ripe black fruit and spices predominate. Persistent ending. Dona Maria Amantis White Reserve is fermented in 400-liter barrels of French oak, followed by batônnage for 6 months. Wine with a beautiful golden color with greenish glints. There are notes of well integrated wood with mango, orange and pear fruit. In the mouth the attack is silky, enhancing its good volume which is in balance with firm and elegant acidity, demonstrating a lingering wine. Contains Sulfites.
