Manual Harvest, fermentation in granite wineries and barrels. Stage of 15 months in barrel. The Charme shows a brilliant bright red color with a complex aroma reminiscent of tea leaves, a mild earthy character and a hint of cherries. In the mouth, although delicate and elegant, underlies a very long assertive structure, minerality and freshness, together with the well integrated wood, resulting in a harmonious finish with soft tannins. Contains Sulfites.
Volúpia White

Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation by variety, in stainless steel and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. A wine full of character, with notes of wild fruits, cedar, spices and mocha. In tasting, its acidity perfectly matches its volume and delicate tannins.
