Manual harvest at the optimum point of maturation, crushing and soft destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days at 22-24ºC. Malolactic fermentation and stage in French oak 500L for 15 months. Slight filtration before bottling. Ruby red color, Delicate aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry fruits, notes of red and still balsamic pepper to pine, Soft, fresh, fruity and balsamico attack. Acidity balanced. Long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Pelicular maceration followed by fermentation with the films for a few hours. Fermentation ends in used 400 liter French oak barrels. In the same barrels it undergoes bâtonnage for 9 months on total lees. Ages 12 months in bottle.
