Manual harvesting in "field blend". Fermentation in a wooden vats with indigenous yeasts and subsequent maceration for 4 weeks. Aged in 1000L barrels for 2 years and 2 years in bottles. Dark garnet color. Intense and highly complex aroma. Aromatic notes of roses, some herbaceous notes. On the palate it is very structured with good balance and elegance and long persistence. Casa de Santar DOC White
Bright yellow color. Nose delicately marked by the aromas of citrus and floral. In the mouth is a correct wine, easy proof and medium acidity, reveals a fruity palate and pleasantly supported by vegetable and citrus notes, the end of the mouth has a medium length. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Minimum 2-bottle bottle aging. Contains Sulfites.
