The vinification process includes total destemming and extended skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares with temperature control at 26ºC for 10 days. The wine matures for 14 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels, gaining complexity and refinement.
With a bright ruby color, Vinha da Seara displays an intense yet refined aroma, featuring high-quality red fruit complemented by notes of wet earth, rockrose, and spices.
