Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Tinto Cão Red
24,95 €
Discover Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Tinto Cão Tinto, a wine that revives the ancestral winemaking traditions of Dão. This single-varietal Tinto-Cão, from the Serra da Estrela sub-region, stands out for its delicate aroma and unique structure, reflecting the rich history of this grape.
Originating from vineyards on poor granite soils, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in granite lagares with partial stem inclusion. The extended aging in 500-liter barrels, both new and second-use, for 24 months, followed by bottle aging, imparts unparalleled complexity.
With a light color and aromas of red fruits with vegetal notes, Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Tinto Cão Tinto offers a delicate palate with well-presented tannins and great persistence. Ready to be enjoyed now, it also has remarkable aging potential in the bottle, making it perfect for true connoisseurs of unique wines.
Mirabilis Red
149,98 €
Mirabilis Red is inspired by the line of the world's great wines, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created. After the careful selection of the best plots and a manicured harvest, this lot comes into conflict with the origin of the raw material, putting the concept of terroir to the margins. It is an unrepeatable wine, not replicable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long expert tasting until the final result. Mirabilis Red reflects the wine-growing years with greater depth of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, reflected in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise. A wine that goes beyond our understanding... and, calmly, approaches human maturity.
Primavera Arinto Reserve White

Quinta dos Termos Talhão da Serra Reserva Red
14,75 €
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Ruby color open. Intense aroma, complex, different from all that is normal in the current reds, and that dissipates the little enthusiasm that causes us the open color that the wine has. As we take the wine to the mouth, we have a pleasant surprise, for the apparent fragility that the color raises is denied by a powerful structure, good acidity and a long and complex end. Contains sulfites.
Villa Oliveira Touriga Nacional Red
42,49 €
This wine expresses the desire to make a Touriga Nacional from old vines. In a region where the old vineyard consists of a wide range of grape varieties mixed in the same plot. In 2009, 3,500 kg of Touriga Nacional were harvested from a single 80-year-old vineyard, which implied making a choice of Touriga Nacional grape varieties in the large set of grape varieties of that parcel. Vinification was done in a cement vat with pre- and post-fermentative maceration. Aging for 1 year in 225 liter French oak barrels. Opaque red color, aroma of red fruits with spicy notes. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant. Long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude White
31,30 €
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards of the Quinta "at altitude" with a mixture of several traditional Douro varieties. Fermentation started in a press with foot treading and ended in used barrels, where it aged for 16 months with battonage on the lees. This tanning is dominated by the yellow tones in the mouth and reveals a sensation of fat, velvety and persistent tannins. It is quite complex, fresh, mineral and full of character. Contains sulfites.
