The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 20 days. Aging with lees agitation - 'batonnage' for 15 days, followed by aging in bottle for 5 months. Refreshing citrus notes of grapefruit, lime, tangerine peel and passion fruit. Fresh and mineral in the mouth with a strong presence of citrus and discreet ginger. Contains Sulfites.

The Buçaco were, and still are, always vinified in the same way and with the same methods of old. The fact that the grapes originate in the regions of Dão and Bairrada guarantees a great wine, which develops in a noble bottle. These wines ferment and stagnate in French oak barrels for 12 months. Collected by hand, they were trodden on foot for 2 days. At the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed and the must kept in clay pots. Aging for 12 months, it was made in centenary barrels of Portuguese oak and chestnut. Complex aroma, red fruit flavor in harmony with vegetable and balsamic notes, translates into a lively and precise acidity in the mouth, with a delicate and elegant texture. Contains sulfites.
