Wine of intense ruby color, with an aroma of ripe red fruits, with expressions of gooseberry, blackberry jam and complex nuances of cassis. The flavor is round and soft, vast with a good balance of tannins and a characteristic structure of the grape variety. Reveals the creased character with a long and persistent finish of mouth.

After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported in boxes of 18 kg capacity so as not to harm the integrity of the bunch. Once in the cellar, the boxes were unloaded onto a sorting mat for the first sorting of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, choosing berry by berry and crushing them, which were transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation began in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of around 12ºC, in order to preserve all the varietal character of the variety. Alcoholic fermentation took place for approximately 20 days, where the different components then staged for 8 months. It is a wine with a citrine-yellow color and medium intensity. In terms of aroma, it represents the characteristics of the variety in a unique way, with a predominance of aromas of grapes, lychees and white flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and light, very fruity and persistent.

Vinification is classic in a wine press with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled until the 26th for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 15 months. Clear appearance, garnet color with violet reflections. Delicate and complete aroma with notes of blackberry and blueberry combined with menthol nuances, bergamot and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals excellent balance, velvety, intense and grandiose flavor, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. Complex and harmonious structure, reveals a unique minerality combined with a long aftertaste. It shows fineness, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. 3333 bottles were produced. After being selected, the grapes are stalked at the entrance of the cellar, crushed and driven to stainless steel mills with robotized steps. It is at this stage that the pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperatures. Subsequently the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC. Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices.
