Classic fermentation with simple maceration for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation. Wine of intense ruby color, with an aroma of ripe red fruits, with expressions of gooseberry, blackberry jam and complex nuances of cassis. The flavor is round and soft, vast with a good balance of tannins and a characteristic structure of the grape variety. Reveals the creased character with a long and persistent finish of mouth.

Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats. Quinta do Ameal Solo Único White
Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Soalheiro Granit Magnum White
The Soalheiro Granit reveals the more mineral side of the Alvarinho variety. It is a Alvarinho that leaves a specific selection of vineyards planted above 200 meters of altitude, revealing the minerality that relates the soil of granite origin of the terroir of Monção and Melgaço and the Alvarinho variety, improved with the batonage and the stage in the fine lees . The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual in white wines, showing an elegant and more mineral aroma with a dry and persistent finish. The Alvarinho grapes used in the Soalheiro Soalheiro come from small-sized vineyards implanted in soil of granite origin above 200 meters altitude and located in the private microclimate of the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, the northernmost region of Portugal. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the batonage and the stage in the fine lees. Citrine yellow color, aroma with the profile restrained and elegant with mineral notes and dry finish.

Soalheiro Nature Pur Terroir White
Biological Wine: The color and scent of Nature is intense and the taste is complex, asking to be discovered with enthusiasm. Based on production concepts that value biodiversity, this Soalheiro is made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit, being this deposit essential for the protection of the oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Out-of-the-Box Soil. Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Quinta da Soalheiro, where we use production concepts that value biodiversity and the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting environmental sustainability. The color and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulfites the aroma and the flavor have minerality and fruit. flavor is complex with soft onset and round due to malolactic complete with striking and intense finish.
Luis Pato Vinhas Velhas Red
Created with grapes from the Berry variety planted in clay-limestone soil, in vineyards with an average age of 40 years. Vinified in stainless steel vats for 10 days, it was matured in used (650l) pipes for 12 months. It accompanies dishes with game meat as well as other red meat dishes. It will last for more than 15 years.
