Straw color open with crystalline tones. A long, pleasant nose. Aromas of white fruit with a rich palate and a complex and pleasant finish. Vocation for the table. This wine will evolve well in the next three to five years. This wine accompanies especially well fatty fish dishes and poultry. Contains Sulfites.

Adega Mayor Reserva do Comendador Altitude White
Manual harvest with careful selection of bunches, followed by fermentation in new 500 liters French oak barrels. After 6 months of aging with "battonage" on fine lees, the result is a fresh, structured and unctuous white wine.
Greenish-yellow in color, clear and bright, it reveals fresh aromas of citrus peel wrapped in green and spicy notes, on a complex background of field herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, with refined acidity, highlighting touches of orange, white plum and subtle dried fruit, such as macadamia. An intriguing and endless Alentejo white.

Ribeiro Santo Reserva Red
Manual harvest. Total destemming. 24h low temperature maceration before starting alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Smooth reassembly for extracting color and aromas. Transfer to new and used 500L French oak barrels for 9 months, previously used in the fermentation of white wine. Ruby color of medium concentration. Aroma of black fruit and some spices, such as black pepper. A fresh and elegant wine, with an expressive structure and finish and good persistence. Balance between the influence of the barrel and acidity. Contains sulfites.
