After being selected, the grapes are stalked at the entrance of the cellar, crushed and driven to stainless steel mills with robotized steps. It is at this stage that the pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperatures. Subsequently the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC. Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices. It has firm tannins, ripe and smooth and a balanced acidity. Contains Sulfites.

Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle. Pale pink/salmon color, notes of red fruit, currant, grapefruit and with some floral notes such as roses. Fresh, unctuous with a dry and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
