Transport in 20 kg boxes and total destemming. Step on foot in traditional granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in a wine press for 8 to 10 days with continuous work and controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels where it remains for 16 months. It presents an elegant and fresh palate, revealing great balance in the whole. Contains sulfites.

Mechanical harvest overnight. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Citrus color with greenish hints. Aroma of tropical fruit, fresh and floral. In the mouth it is fruity, has good acidity and a refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.

Selection of the best lots of grapes. vinified caste by caste. The Aragonez is fermented in "vinimatics", while the remaining varieties ferment in mills equipped with mechanical step robot. The process proceeds at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Thanks to submergence gained body, youth and structure, becoming more aromatic, with a more violaceous and without oxidation. Ribeiro Santo Encruzado Magnum White

The grapes, exclusively from the Encruzado variety, were harvested manually in the second week of September for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The decanted and pressed grape must decanted at low temperature in small stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. After being cleaned it was fermented in French oak barrels of 500L. During the fermentation was done battonage, the wine remained in the barrels for another 5 months. Color clear, with greenish citrus lavas. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and dried linden flower. In the mouth we find the same fresh fruit and the typical crusty minerality in balance with fresh acidity.
