Manual harvest in the morning for 12kg boxes. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Open salmon color. In the aroma, floral notes and red fruits stand out. The mouth is rich in fresh fruit, balanced acidity and a pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.

Temperature controlled fermentation, mild reassembly, maceration after one week. Malo-lactic fermentation in vat. Aging for 20 months in French oak barrels (50% new). It is defined as a classic Douro, with great seduction, very precise aroma definition, a unique natural freshness, silky texture, great balance and contained sumptuousness. Contains Sulfites.
