Manual harvest in the morning for 12kg boxes. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Open salmon color. In the aroma, floral notes and red fruits stand out. The mouth is rich in fresh fruit, balanced acidity and a pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.

Hand harvested batch of 95% Aragonez and 5% Antão Vaz. After destemming, the grapes go to marble vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out followed by a 10-month aging period in amphora.
