In the mouth it reveals great impact, voluminous and enveloping. Very different tannins, notes of apricot and peach. Medium in a fresh and dry mouth, at the end you can clearly see the richness of this different wine with notes of toasted and well salted nuts. Manual harvest, uncrushed grapes, carbonic maceration with fermentation starter with whole berry. Manual reassembly 2x day and temperature 24ºC. overlapping stage for 365 days until the harvest date of the new harvest. Static decantation for 6 months and consequent stage on lees. 1 year aging in bottle before coming to the market. Contains Sulfites.

Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. It was prepared using the classic open spout method, followed by cold decantation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 4 weeks. Natural stage in contact with fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel vat until bottling. Bright citrus color. Very exuberant fruity aroma, with notes of pulpy fruit (peach and apricot), as well as a light herbaceous aroma of dry straw, almost reminiscent of tea. On the palate it shows well its well-marked acidity, without being exaggerated and a pleasant volume. Very tropical (passion fruit and pineapple) and citrus, with notes also of dry straw and very mineral. Very persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
