Organic wine elaborated with the Touriga Nacional and Aragonês varieties. Garnet color with slight violet tones. Fruity aroma, predominant in fresh red fruits. Total desengace, soft skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 2 months of maceration after fermentation and 6 months of batonnage in fine lees. Stage 18 months in stainless and 3 months in bottle. It is ideal to accompany delicate cheeses based on fish, white and red meats of moderate confection of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes de-stemmed and fermented in a press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging for 20 months in new barrels (50%) using French oak. Wine stabilized naturally during aging in barrels. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was subjected. Contains sulfites.
Dona Sancha Vinha da Avarenta White

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration of 31 days. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 12 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, complex aroma, with floral notes, orange and honey. In the mouth it is dry, fresh with well-defined acidity, unctuous, long and persistent. .

Manual harvest, during the month of September. The grapes were received at the winery, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and later “berry by berry” by an optical sorting machine. Vinification was carried out in a press, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control. No wooden stage. This wine shows an intense garnet color and good aromatic complexity, with lots of ripe fruit. It is a wine structured on the palate, with great smoothness and persistence. Very balanced. Contains sulfites.

This wine is obtained from organic viticulture. Manual harvesting. Transport of grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of curls. Total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Slight maceration of the skin. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Stage in fine lees until January. Peach skin color. Aroma intense and full of character where the fresh red fruits (currant) and a tropical subtle stand out. In the mouth it is dry, excellent texture and refreshing finish. Ideal for dining and other outdoor moments, by the sea and always in good company. It is a very gastronomic rosé that combines with various types of food from salads to quiches to dishes of Italian and Asian cuisine. Contains Sulfites.

This wine expresses the personality of the terroir od Dão wines being elaborated from the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. Demonstrates a red with bricky nuances. It has a delicate aroma with the expression of notes of very ripe red fruits, cassis and blackberry, married with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla.
