Frei João Colheita White
Frei João White made with grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel vats at 16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 2 months. Citrus yellow color, intense aroma of fresh fruits with white pulp, citrus and flowers, complexed with subtle mineral nuances. Marquês de Borba Colheita Red
