Manual Harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in mills with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage in vats on lees for 6 months. Intense ruby color, aroma of forest fruits, orange peel and white flowers. Powerful palate, good freshness, smooth tannins, good persistence. Contains Sulfites.

Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. Saborinho, also known as Tinta Negra or Molar de Colares, is one of the traditional red varieties from the Azores islands that almost disappeared from the vineyards. Sabor(Z)inho has a good texture, elegance and good acidity. A fresh, open-coloured, iodized, saline, complex red with the flavor of something that could only have been born in the sea.
Duorum Colheita Red
After being selected, the grapes are stalked at the entrance of the cellar, crushed and driven to stainless steel mills with robotized steps. It is at this stage that the pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperatures. Subsequently the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC. Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices. It has firm tannins, ripe and smooth and a balanced acidity. Contains Sulfites.
QUINTA DO CÔTTO Sousão Red
Ruby color, aroma of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry. Eucalyptus balsamic notes with a spicy touch. Palate confirms the red fruits and the character of the forest. Robust wine with some rusticity characteristic of the grape variety and enhanced by the winemaking method. Firm tannins and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rose
Slight color blush that brings to the elegance of the aroma that characterizes it: soft notes of forest fruits like raspberries and blackberries, and floral nuances of great elegance. In the mouth the crunchy acidity typical of the Dão region stands out and gives it freshness. Wine elegant, complex and engaging, with the fruity notes again appearing in the mouth and extending into a long and harmonious end.
