With grapes from the Douro Superior, very close to the limit of the demarcated region, namely Vinhas Velhas based on Rabigato, the strength of freshness was combined in a very young wine with great aging capacity. Highlight for the altitude of these vineyards, close to 650m, and the granitic soil, which originate wines with excellent storage capacity. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent a short maceration and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats.
