Grapes harvested by hand in small boxes and transported to the winery located on the farm itself, the transportation time being very short. Total destemming. Very short skin maceration. Long fermentation at low temperature: 20 ° C. Total malolactic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel for 9 months followed by aging in bottle for 6 months. Young wine with a bright ruby color. Aromas of ripe wild fruits with nuances of cherry and black pepper. Fine and velvety tannins that harmoniously contrast with a well-creased and fresh acidity. It finishes long, soft and full of black fruit. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest in 15kg boxes. Total de-stemming, without crushing the berries, after careful selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel mills with minimal intervention. Malolactic fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. The Trincadeira grape variety in the Monte da Raposinha terroir made it possible to create a red wine with a low alcohol content, open color, good acidity and very soft tannins.
