Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. Intense red color and very balanced nose and well filled with notes of wild fruits and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, on a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes is evident, in the mouth it reveals a voluminous and enveloping wine , where the fruit and the spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate a good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

100% of this wine is aged in wood for 10 months, in 35% of new wood. Fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days where afterwards malolactic fermentation takes place. Dark, dense and opaque color. Intense fruit of blueberries and raspberries, dough, pastry and spices. Characteristic aromas of wild flowers present in the vineyards of Romaneira. It reveals mineral flavors, with well integrated notes of the barrel and dark chocolate. Very good tannins and excellent finesse. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes are chilled and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and vats with regular buffering up to one month before bottling. Aging 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very precisely in citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Contains Sulfites.
