The grapes were harvested by hand into small boxes of 20 kg. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. After total destemming, the grapes go to a small stainless steel press with temperature control, where they macerate 24h cold before the fermentation begins. Fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, with soft pumping over. This wine aged only in stainless steel, to preserve all the natural aromas and flavors of the grapes that give rise to it. The result is an intense ruby colored wine, with notes of blackberries, currants and spices. In the mouth it is balanced and fruity and round. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose.
