Aged for a minimum of 10 years in barrels of bourbon and sherry. A long dry fruit finish with hints of apple tart and sweet wood. A luxurious flavor experience with a complex character of raisin and nut sherry, along with the honey and vanilla malt of Bushmills single malt.

A 2009 Miltonduff single malt from French indie bottler La Maison du Whisky, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel for nine years before being bottled as part of its Artist Collective series. Aromas of apples, pears, acacia honey, banana and passion fruit mingle with black pepper, chilli, rosemary and honeysuckle on the nose. The palate offers notes of mustard seeds, acacia honey, poached pears, cocoa, barley malt and savoury porridge.
