Explore the Plantation Fiji Vintage 2004, a distillation masterpiece from Alexandre Gabriel, whose life mission is to uncover the richest rum terroirs from the Caribbean to the vast South Pacific. In collaboration with Liam Costello, Master Distiller at Rum Co. of Fiji, they meticulously selected 18 casks of 2004 vintage rum, distilled in a column still and filtered through coconut carbon. This rum aged for 17 years under the tropical climate before crossing two oceans for an additional four years of aging in Ferrand Cognac casks in southwestern France. This rum stands out for its robust structure and a subtle hint of smoke, providing an intense experience. On the nose, it unfolds with vibrant notes of coffee, vanilla, and fudge, complemented by fruity and spicy undertones, enriched with touches of citrus peel and tobacco. The finish is exceptionally long, marked by flavors of cherry, clove, and cocoa, showcasing the complexity and elegance of this exceptional rum. It is a perfect choice for connoisseurs of sophisticated and deep spirits, offering a tasting experience that lingers and delights.

Clear and bright with dark mahogany highlights. The nose is marked by intense aromas against a warm background. Notes of roasted coffee and chocolate on a woody base, on a background of fruity notes, spices of dried fruits and nutmeg. Broad and rich flavor on the palate. Stone fruits come with strong, rounded notes of roasted coffee.

Intense and complex notes of cocoa, vanilla, cedar and sweet tobacco. In the mouth it is elegant and exceptionally rich, with a voluptuous, silk entrance leads to a balanced palate. It is intense, but round and smooth.
