A London Dry gin made according to a recipe of Sinhalese origin from the 1940s, Colombo no. 7 is distilled in England using copper stills with seven spices and botanists: four of them native to Sri Lanka. Cinnamon, curry leaf, ginger root and coriander seed are combined with juniper, licorice and angelica berries, providing an exotic gin without subtracting the London Dry style.

Komasa Ichigo gin is the third in the range created at the Hioki distillery by Komasa Jyozo, a producer of traditional alcoholic drinks founded in 1883 on the island of Kyushu. Made from a bouquet of classic botanicals, including juniper berries, this gin also includes original and unusual ingredients in its recipe, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and basil. All harvested locally, Komasa Jyozo is part of a sustainable philosophy by establishing partnerships with farmers in the Kagoshima region, whose strawberry cultivation is one of their specialties. Alexanders' spicy and spicy notes are reminiscent of the undergrowth where our Cade freely grows. Orris and honey guarantee a sweet yet musky, long-lasting effect on the tongue, keeping its edge while the floral and citrus notes blend perfectly. A floral body in bloom with notes of Rose Centifolia and Jasmine de Grasse. The gelatinous facets of Orange Bitter are countered by Angelica's herbaceous punch. Hot pepper hints here and there complete the heart notes. The first thing that hits your nose is the fresh, spicy lemon rind and grapefruit. The scent of a sea breeze, Samphire, is punctuated by touches of Mimosa. Cade adds woody and piny facets.
