This celebration is made with a special cognac, expertly mixed, ripe, a true cocktail of aromas, all at once can be fresh, rounded and wooded. In color it shows a golden amber. In the nose a bittersweet softness: lime and licorice. Candied fruits: quince, raisins and plums. Fresh notes of oak (fine grain and hazelnut). The palate is soft, smooth and complex with notes of crystallized fruit. The ending is too long. Contains sulfites.
