Manual harvest for small pallets. The grapes are received directly into the pneumatic press, with very smooth crushing and pressing processes. Equipped with cold technology with controlled temperature around 16ºC, in an inert atmosphere. First fermentation with stage in fine sludge and “bâtonnage”. After the second fermentation in bottle – Classic Method – the wine ages in a cellar in Adega da Beyra for 18 months “Remouage” manual followed by “degorgement glacée”. Final thinning in bottle for 3 months. Sparkling with a fine and persistent bubble, it has a very fresh aroma – citrus and mineral – with notes of dried fruits. In the mouth we feel creamy in combination with a vibrant acidity of the Syrian grape. Due to its versatility, it is an excellent aperitif, as well as accompanying desserts. Contains sulfites.
