It ages on average for 3 years – despite the fact that only 15 months are needed to get the Champagne designation. The wine is fresh and light at the same time. The wine is round, expressive and evolves progressively to fruity aromas. Good balance of flavors and a great persistence. Contains sulfites.

Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 Rose
Pol Roger Rosé Vintage is based on our Brut Vintage (60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay) to which, before bottling and the second fermentation, around 15% still red wine (Pinot Noir) from the best crus of the Reims Mountain region. Only produced in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is aged in our cellars before being released to the market.

The initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste give way to elderflower and jasmine, then to fruits such as white peach and watermelon. Early morning garrigue notes complete the set.
Taittinger Comtes Brut Rose
Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve White
The Réserve is a light, fine and harmonious champagne. Its blend is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different years, sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. This cuvée, with reflections of straw yellow, stands out by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent and abounding mousse. Maturity touched with floral freshness for this cuvée that breathes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. A full and accurate flavour combined with a fine freshness and a rich bouquet bear witness to the ageing of this cuvée in the House’s traditional cellars.
Brut Réserve is the ideal partner for every occasion. It is perfect as an aperitif and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes. It should be served at 8°. Contains sulfites.
Veuve Clicquot Brut Magnum White
The strength of this golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial fruit notes are followed by more discrete aromas of brioche and vanilla when the champagne is allowed to age in the bottle. Offers a perfect balance between elegance and force. Contains sulfites.
