Louis Roederer Collection 242 Brut White
64,69 €
The 242 cuvée collection represents the house's 242nd blend since its inception. It is made from 34% Perpétuelle reserve, 10% oak-aged reserve wines from the 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 harvests. Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs and Meuniers from the Marne Valley. Aged for between 3 and 4 years in our cellars, Collection is a deep and nuanced cuvée, to be enjoyed now or after a few years of ageing, thanks to the new complexity and uniqueness typical of each batch. The collection opens with notes of white fruit, citrus peel and acacia blossom, followed, after aeration, by a light touch of roasted hazelnut, a trademark of Chardonnay. The thin and very pure weave ends with a very pleasant salty note. Freshness, precision, refinement: this is the Collection, a champagne of total evidence, which reveals complex and precise flavors throughout the tasting .
Armand de Brignac Brut Gold White
319,98 €
The first release from Champagne Armand de Brignac, the Brut Gold remains the most iconic cuvée in the range. Rich with the old-world tradition of champagne blending, it is a trio of vintages from some of the most lauded terroirs of the region, resulting in a cuvée expressing vibrant and fresh fruit character with a soft texture.
Peach, apricot, red berry aromas, followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. Palate is rich with exotic fruit, cherry and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey.
Delicious to drink now, however for those with the patience and a passion for champagnes with more developed character, this cuvée could further cellar beyond 2025.

Drappier Grande Sendrée Brut White
111,25 €
The Drappier Grande Sendrée Champagne is a charming pale yellow with topaz nuances. Time has used its patina to reveal the wine's complexity. With a mixture of hawthorn berries with acacia honey, beeswax and marzipan, when aired, this Champagne resumes its murmurs. Its quince notes meet with raspberry jam and alternate with tangerine and hot brioche. On the palate it is an invigorating, imposing Champagne that provokes the taste buds. The drop caresses and balances wild strawberry jam with ripe grapefruit. The harmony of this Champagne is prolonged in a delicate minerality and an adorable bitterness that hints at tangerine hints. Contains sulfites.
