Dom Pérignon P2 Vintage 2000 is drunk beautifully, floating from the glass with complex and smoothly reducing aromas of iodine, lemon oil, mandarin and oyster shell that began to develop appreciable tertiary nuances. In the mouth, it is medium to full bodied, deep and expansive, with a wide fit, incisive acids, an elegant mousse and a long, precise, mouth-watering finish. The year 2000 kicked off an early Dom Pérignon, and this newly released delivery really benefited from the additional time additions, gaining noticeably more complexity – at the same time it retained more energy – than the original waste. Given its maturation profile, I would plan to drink bottles in the next decade. Contains sulfites.

The Sparkling Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Barrica ferments and stews in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low and constant temperature for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit. The elaboration of a sparkling wine from the Alvarinho grape variety demands a careful selection of the grapes. Our tradition was based on the neutral fermentation in stainless steel to obtain the base wine with more fruit intensity. Soalheiro Bruto Barrica ferments and staggers in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second bottle fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho grape variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit to which the sparkling classic Soalheiro has accustomed us. It has an intense yellow color, a fine, persistent bubble. The aroma reveals tertiary and vanilla aroma, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. Perrier Jouet Grand Brut White
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House's wine tradition. A balance between the consistency of the Perrier-Jouët style and the climate effects of the year. With 12 to 20% of wines of reserve. In addition, the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is dominated by the elegance and elegance of Chardonnay (20%) of the best vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. The delicate structure is brought by the Pinot Noir (40%), mainly of Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, but also of the best Crus in the region of Aube like Les Riceys. Champagne made only from Chardonnay. 70% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 40% did not undergo malolactic fermentation. Champagne with a light golden mantle. The nose is expressive with fruity accents and brioche. Peach notes and some citrus notes. In the mouth it is stout, long and with a beautiful fineness. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Aliança Grande Reserva Bruto White
Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Pale yellow color, aromatic buttery and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky with an impressive mousse. It finishes fresh and with great persistence. Contains sulfites.
