Dark color fading to red to the edges of the glass. Suggestions of smoked wood and dark fruit. Good tear on the glass. Refreshing on the tip of the tongue. A little hot on the alate, a little acidity. Raisins, caramel and a little vanilla. strong long aftertaste with plenty of tannins. Contains sulfites.
Graham’s Vintage 2000 Ruby
Currently, it is at the forefront of oenological innovation. For Graham's 2000, grapes from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca were used. This Vintage displays many of Graham's typical aromas, such as ripe plum and rock rose, and is pleasantly soft and delicate on the palate, despite its youth. It is full and rich in the mouth, with notes of fresh blackberry and red plum. Despite the sweetness in Graham’s characteristic mouth, the finish is long and clear.
Dow’s Vintage 2000 Ruby
For over two centuries the name Dow's is referred to as one of the best Port wines. Throughout the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, the Symington generations have worked in Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira creating, from these vines, wines superbly concentrated, intense and tannic when young, with aging appear the elegance and the perfume with aromas of violet and mint. The driest finish constitutes the distinctive brand image of the wines of this great company of Port Wines. Deep purple color, so dark that it's almost blue / black. This is a wine of great vigor, with excellent aromas of plums and cassis. In the mouth, it has the typical flavors of Dow's, licorice and spices, as well as great depth and structure. Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage 2000 Rose
Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2000 aged in the cellars of Epernay for eight years. Intense color and deep, with amber and copper notes. In the nose, it presents floral notes, which immediately give place to candied fruit, followed by the cardomon. A well structured and well balanced champagne. The initial firmness becomes more rounded and creamy with a subtle sweet note. Contains sulfites.
