Quinta do Noval Vintage Nacional 2019 Ruby

The grapes were placed in a small traditional winery on the Quinta and the foot treading was carried out by a group of 6 men for 3 hours. Fermentation took place under a temperature control of between 25° and 28°C. Vintage Nacional aged 18 months in old barrels before bottling, in the Quinta’s air-conditioned warehouses, in the Demarcated region of the Douro Valley. The first tastings revealed some wonderful wines. They have a pronounced aromatic intensity of ripe red fruits and a remarkable vivacity.
